Here’s another small feature on the upcoming InstaHawaii show at Fresh Cafe. Just some more background information about the show, the theme, and some other stuff.

After a long wait, we are back with the second InstaHawaii show! (w00t)
This time, we have a theme. The theme is going to be TWO OF A KIND, because this is the second show…a very special occasion! I’m not going to explain what that means, because I think it’ll make it better if all you participants interpret it however you want.
The show will take place on Friday, June 15th from 8 PM – Midnight at Fresh Cafe. The submission period starts today, and lasts until May 23rd. That’s two whole weeks for you all to snap some dope flicks (with the theme of course) and submit them using the hashtag #instahawaii2. You can submit as many photos as you like! After the submission period ends, we will be selecting 24 photos which will be displayed in the show. There will be a silent auction for the photos, and the proceeds will go towards the Hawaii Arts Alliance. Last show we were able to raise about $500 for them. Let’s see if we can beat that this time!
The show will be super awesome (like the last one). Each of the 24 participants will receive an awesome gift bag. Out of those 24 photos, one photo will be crowned the winner of the show based on how many “likes” they have. That winner will get some more cool swag.

If you haven’t heard already, February 10th will be the first ever InstaHawaii Art Show! So here’s the basic premise:
-All of you Instagram users can submit unlimited photos from now until February 1st. All you have to do is tag your photos with #InstaHawaii to submit.
-24 winners will be chosen. Each winner will receive a giftbag for participating, filled with awesome prizes.
-Come to Fresh Cafe on February 10th and enjoy the show!
